Yes, you can definitely customize your box with Oddprod! We want to make sure you get exactly what you want in each delivery. The day before your scheduled delivery, you'll receive an email with the produce list for that week. In this email, there's a link to a form where you can easily select items to remove or add to your box. You can make up to 5 removals and 5 additions to tailor your box to your preferences. This flexibility ensures that you always receive the freshest produce you'll enjoy the most.

Our boxes are packed in the morning to ensure peak freshness and sent out for delivery immediately. Once your box is on its way, you'll receive a text message from our driver with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) and a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time. Additionally, you can send last-minute instructions via text to the driver to ensure your produce arrives just the way you want it. We strive to make the delivery process as smooth and efficient as possible for you
