All of our boxes contain a minimum number of fruit and veg. On the weekend before your order, we will send you a list of what's in the upcoming box. If you don't want anything, let us know, and we'll replace it with another item of your choosing from the list. Around 40 percent of the produce in our boxes is made up of staple produce! We try to keep these staple items in everyone’s boxes almost every week. The rest of the box is filled with seasonal produce which gets changed around week to week depending on whats available!
