Approximately 50% of the contents will consist of staple fruits and vegetables that are included in most boxes on a weekly basis. These staples include the ever-popular potatoes, carrots, onions, lettuce, oranges, apples, and bananas.

To add an element of surprise and variety, the remaining portion of your box will be filled with a delightful assortment of seasonal produce. This means that every week, you can look forward to an exciting mix of fruits and vegetables, handpicked based on what's available and at the peak of freshness.

Fruit only boxes will also vary week-to-week depending on availability and seasonality of items.
